Waiting for Winter its Fall in my Garden

I never know what to expect this season for fall, every year it seems so different here in the high desert.

The hot summer days are all gone for a walk, while the bleak of fall appears.

It comes in with the shedding of yellow brown leaves of my desert king fig tree.

Soft cool rain droplets fall for all, this weekend.

This makes me very happy, since I have plans to put some new trees in the ground before the hot summer appears.

Of course trees need time to establish a strong root system before the summer heat.

Im sitting on my chair by the fig tree and wonder how I may remember this beautiful fall sensation.

It is so quiet.

This is pure happiness.

This is tranquility, I am at peace.

I am thinking of creating a beautiful fall circular throw.

Yes, I'll do that.

I will crochet it.

As I begin the first row, I think of winter and what may be ahead.

I'm sure there is going to be rain, perhaps snow and heavy winds.

This year  I'm ready for it, unlike my first winter here…..today I know how to prepare for winters in the high desert.

I stacked up with my favorite yarns.

This is the best time to Crotchet over a hot mug of my favorites.
