Finding My Way to The Flower Box, my garden!

Hello from my cozy corner in my garden,

Between you and I, 

I was never a fan of doing anything else other than art

I have understood that about myself, for as long as I can remember.

That yearning stayed with me till today. 

What I am trying to say to you is that my interest in the arts of making handmade things is a gift, and only I knew that.

My mother felt that sewing and crocheting was not a great career, and that I should think of something else.

Those days were so different from today, mom knows best, honoring my mother meant listening to her. 

That was what I did.

Today I feel like like I had lost my way

and have only just now found it.

This journey brought me to my garden,

a quiet place where I can reflect and create through designing different things from crochet cords and fabric.

Today I am feeling fulfilled as I design and create. 

I know that I am a long way from Tourism and Hospitality Management, and a Nurses Assistant, while I worked in those areas, I did so in a wondering state of consciousness, wondering ‘what if’…………
